Dear Sirs, During an EFRA race meeting I have recognised a Peugeot 407 bodyshell (Code: 0011 407 Racing) with an EFRA homologation number. This number was given for the Peugeot 406 Coupé from your company. Deltaplastik s.n.c. According to the EFRA rules see Handbook 2010, page 38 "c Any unauthorised reference to EFRA by non-Associate Members is subject to a ban from any approvals or becoming an Associated Member for up to three (3) years. No claims what so ever can be made against EFRA in such case and EFRA retains sole rights to accept or refuse applications for membership or approval of products at any time. I must request you to stop the misusage of the homologation number for the Peugeot 407 body shell. All body shells in stock with that number must be destroyed.
